Chop the onion in small pieces and fry it with 100 ml of oil, 1 tablespoon of paprika and cook it until it becomes homogenous. Rice is added to the minced meat with fried onion. Add salt, ground pepper, delikat and mix everything well. Add the spices. Cut the peppers in a round way at the end of the tail and remove the seeds. Wash the peppers and fill them with the meat stuffing. Cut a few red tomatoes in round slices and you put a slice of tomato on each pepper as a lid. In the pot in which we are about to boil the peppers, we place the remaining peppers together with 3-4 celery leaves, the stuffed peppers are laid over, we put leftovers from the tomatoes if there are, we put about 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of "Tomato Paste Sultan, 400 grams" , a few peppercorns and water enough to cover the peppers. Above them we put a small plate, then cover with a lid and boil them in a low fire.
